This hand-forged Herb Chopper by blacksmith, Al Stephens, is such a cool kitchen tool. A fine edge can be maintained with a few strokes of a file or butcher's steel. As a blacksmith, Al is as at home volunteering in a 19th century blacksmith shop, equipped with bellows, coal forge, anvil, and vise, as he is in a modern workshop. We're sure this is why his hand-forged pieces are such a perfect combination of classic beauty and modern functionality. Dimensions: 3"w x 3"h.
