Online Ordering
Step One: Add items to your shopping cart
When you see an item on Artcraft Online that you are interested in buying, click on the item photograph and a page dedicated to that item will display. You will see a green Add to Cart button underneath each product description. If the item is available in multiple colors, sizes or varieties, you will see those listed in the drop down menu above the Add to Cart icon. Choose the color, size or variety you prefer from this menu and then click on the Add to Cart icon.
When you choose to add an item to your cart you'll be shown the contents of your cart. You can choose to proceed to the checkout or return to shopping for other items. You also have the option of choosing to add multiple quantities or remove items from your cart.
Note: While all shipping charges are displayed below the price, those charges will not be immediately reflected in the cart. These charges will be assessed when you checkout.
Step Two: Checkout
You can either proceed to checkout from your cart or select 'Checkout' from the lower right hand corner of every page. In the next series of pages you will be asked to type information that will let us know where to send the order and how you intend to pay for it. To make purchases you will need to use a Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express credit card.
The checkout sequence should take less than two minutes for first time customers. If you tell us it is OK to do so, we will store your billing and credit card information so that the checkout process will be much quicker the next time you buy from us. Within 24 hours of receiving your order you will receive an email from us confirming your order. We will forward a follow-up email when we ship your order.
