Order Status
If youd like to check the status of your order, we first encourage you to refer to the detail page of the item you purchased where you will find the SHIPS WITHIN, or lead time for the items you ordered, listed under the price of the item. Please note that the lead times reflected are approximate, and are for the production time needed to complete your items. Shipping transit times add one to three weeks to your lead time depending on the item shipping method used and the destination.

Artcraft online is open 10am to 5pm ET Monday through Friday. If you reach voice mail, please leave a message with daytime contact information and we will respond within 24 hours. In order to expedite your email or call, please have the order reference number that was included in the order and shipping confirmation emails you received.
