When to Expect Your Order
Listed below each items price and shipping charges you'll find "Ships Within:" which indicates the timeframe in which the artist or Artcraft will ship your order. These timeframes may vary depending on artist availability. Shipping timeframes listed are based on estimates from our artisans. Artcraft reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to artisan delays, changing conditions and product discontinuations. In the event of a shipping delay, Artcraft will notify you promptly and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays beyond estimated delivery times.
Large items requiring Blanket Wrap Delivery may take an additional 14 business days for delivery. The information provided with each item will indicate if it requires this type of delivery.

Shipping Methods & Charges
Displayed below the price on each item you'll find the S&H (Shipping & Handling) charges listed. The amount listed is what you will be charged to have that item delivered to any address in the continental US. These rates are not valid to Alaska, Hawaii, or Internationally.
Please Note: Because we use UPS or FedEx as our preferred shipper, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Many larger furniture items or oversized pieces require special consideration in shipping and delivery. Because these items are either too large or heavy to ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, they must be shipped via Private Trucking Companies. You'll find exact shipping fees w/in the continental US listed on all items. If an item does require shipping via a Private Trucking Company, you'll find that information noted in the items description.
Artcraft utilizes two types of Private Trucking Companies. Please refer to the products detail page to see which method of delivery will be utilized for that piece. Some items require a BLANKET WRAP DELIVERY SERVICE. Other deliveries require a FREIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE.
Blanket Wrap Delivery Service
Furniture that is shipped with a BLANKET WRAP DELIVERY SERVICE will be placed inside the main threshold of the home and require no package removal or assembly. If a Blanket Wrap carrier is used to ship your item, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Deliveries are scheduled within a four-hour window. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery. If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days, applicable storage fees may apply. Please be sure to notify us if you plan to be unavailable to accept delivery for an extended period of time. Once in their possession a Blanket Wrap Carrier has 14 bussiness days to make your delivery. Certain remote or hard to reach areas may require additional time.
Freight Delivery Service
Furniture that is shipped with a FREIGHT DELIVERY SERVICE will not be placed inside your home. A Freight Service is a Trucking Company and not a “delivery service.” A single truck driver may require your assistance to offload your package/s from the truck. Items shipped via Freight Service will be packaged in a large box/s and may include a shipping pallet. The receiver is responsible for unpacking, placing these furnishings in the room of your choice, and discarding the packing materials. Any assembly will also be the responsibility of the purchaser. Deliveries are scheduled within a four-hour window. If you are unable to meet the delivery driver at your scheduled appointment time, please call in advance to reschedule your delivery. If delivery cannot be scheduled within 10 days, applicable storage fees may apply. When your order arrives it is critical that you unpack and inspect the packages prior to signing for the delivery. Artcraft cannot be held responsible for damage that is not noted at the time of delivery.

How to Receive Your Shipment
If your order is shipped via standard carrier such as UPS or FedEx, the driver will simply leave your package. You do not need to be home to receive it or sign for it.
If you have ordered an Oversized or Special Delivery item from Artcraft Online, your order may require shipping via Private Trucking Company. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
You must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for your delivery. Please DO NOT arrange to have shipments dropped off when no one is home. When the carrier contacts you, please make note of the company’s name and phone number. This will be very helpful if you need to contact them for any reason. It is essential that you contact the carrier should you need to reschedule your delivery appointment. When delivery appointments are missed, the shipping company may assess a missed appointment charge.
For the purposes of cost and care, specific furniture items require a Blanket Wrap Delivery Service and others require a Freight Delivery Service. The products detail page will outline which method of delivery will be utilized for that piece.
Artcraft and our artisans take great care in packaging your order to ensure safe transport to your home. Although these items are packaged properly, in some instances transit-related damage may occur. It is imperative that you inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Take the time to note any damage to your furniture and to the packing materials on the delivery receipt. Do not sign the shipping documents without recording details of transit damage. (For example: the furniture is scratched, dented, cracked, fabric is torn or the box is crushed on the top corner, punctured or wet)
Upon inspection, if you find that your merchandise is damaged, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Damages must be reported to Artcraft at the time of delivery by calling us at 800.880.8348. Artcraft cannot be held responsible and will be unable to assist you in repair or replacement of damaged merchandise if it is not thoroughly inspected and documented as described above.
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii
All shipping rates shown on Artcraft Online are based on ground shipping with in the continental US. At this time we are unable to process orders online that require shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. At this time, Artcraft cannot ship items outside the United States. We do, however, encourage customers who live outside the US (including AFO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada) to consult with a freight forwarding company. Artcraft is happy to ship items to freight forwarding companies within the US that will then ship items to international destinations.
